The short version of how we handle shipping, returns, and your information.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns and refunds

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Because of food safety rules, we cannot accept returns on opened food, personal care, or pet products. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.

Terms of sale

Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will cancel that item and refund you in full. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
